\n \nPaul is acet UK’s accredited RSE tr aining coordinator for London and the South\, and the schools’ worker for London. Paul has worked wi th young people across a spectrum of ages\, contex ts\, and capacities and has a wealth of experience of working in secondary schools having delivered RSE lessons to thousands of young people. Paul hol ds a level 3 award in education and training\, and runs training for teachers\, youth workers\, and counselors in RSE delivery.

Completion of the level 4 accreditation requires learners to complet e two small assignments based upon the Esteem trai ning and is subject to a formal assessment.
\n \nPlease note that the assessment process can take several months\, as your assignments will go through two internal markings and then to AIM Qua lifications for external quality assessment.

\n \nThe standard £315 traini ng fee includes each participant's first-year memb ership of the Esteem network. The accreditation ce rtificate costs an extra £235 per person: to acces s the accreditation element\, please select the £5 50 training fee option when booking a place on the course.
\n \nAs we are a non-profit organi sation\, we actively seek charitable funding to ke ep our training fees as low as we can to make our courses as accessible as possible. We want to see as many young people as possible receiving high-qu ality RSE from trained professionals.
