In the 2022/23 school year, we trained another 107 people, from 15 countries, through our comprehensive, accredited relationships and sex education (RSE) course.
Included in the training fee is the first year’s membership to our fantastic Esteem network. Members are supported in their RSE delivery with access to our huge range of materials, regular online skills workshops, and email updates. We are excited that the new educators and the existing network reached over 80,000 young people in the last school year, with critical information on relationships and sex.
As a Christian charity, part of our mission is to get the church talking about these topics - we want to train more Christian youth workers so they can respond to their church youth's questions about these often tricky topics in practical, life-giving ways.
This is the aim of our Fullness Course which really took off this year. We trained 66 people on 7 courses, including an in-person course with pastors and youth workers from the Church of Ireland and the Irish Methodist circuit.
