In-depth twilight workshops for secondary school teaching staff
Already have some knowledge of Relationship and Sex Education (RSE) topics but want greater confidence and expertise in teaching some of those trickier subjects? Take a deeper dive with one of our RSE experts in an interactive 90-minute workshop, delivered as a twilight session for your school or as part of an INSET day.
After each workshop, you will have:
- a deeper knowledge of the topic, including an understanding of what the law says about it (and how this is applied in practice).
- greater confidence to navigate complex issues and provide a safe, shame-free, inclusive environment when teaching RSE.
- learnt effective teaching methods for the topic - and which pitfalls to avoid.
- activity ideas for the topic and a ready-to-go, tried-and-tested lesson plan.
Each workshop will include 90 minutes of guaranteed content, with an optional extra 30 minutes for an open Q and A session afterwards.
Cost for each workshop: £250 + travel costs if the workshop is in person, £300 if online. For an extra £10, you will also receive a physical teaching resource related to the topic.
