As September marks the start of a new academic year, the beginning of autumn is a fresh start – but it is also a time when we reflect on the previous 12 months and give thanks for all the people who have been reached and impacted by the work of the ACET family.
We want to take this opportunity to extend a HUGE thanks to you all for continuing to stand with us in what has been a challenging year for the whole world. We know that the pandemic has affected many of your lives, so we are humbled by the financial and prayer support that you have provided to help sustain our programmes; for your amazing heart for the people who need the help of our projects.
The pandemic’s impact on the UK and the global economy has increased financial struggles for charities. It has been much more difficult to secure funding this year, so we are extremely grateful for every single penny that has been gifted to our projects.
With this in mind, this issue of our newsletter gives some details about various schemes we are part of that enable you to raise FREE donations for our work. From donating items to be recycled for cash, to releasing donations from retailers when you shop online.
Please have a look through these – if you are able to help in any of these ways, we would be so grateful.
